NATIVE HARROW

Native Harrow are an American two-piece band composed of singer-songwriter and musician Devin Tuel, and multi-instrumentalist and composer Stephen Harms. Together the two have written, recorded, and self-produced five full length albums, frequently collaborating with Chicago based recording engineer and drummer Alex Hall (JD McPherson, Pokey LaFarge, The Cactus Blossoms). They have toured North America, Europe, and the UK extensively, sharing stages with artists including the Eagles, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Courtney Marie Andrews, The Cactus Blossoms, Beth Hart, and Sierra Ferrell and have had numerous appearances at beloved Americana, Folk, and popular music festivals including BST Hyde Park in London.

Native Harrow’s timeless folk-soul sound has been praised by The Times - “Laurel Canyon-Style folk rock with shades of Joni Mitchell. ★★★★”, The Guardian - “Classy folk-rock duo flip from artsy 1960’s pop to psychedelic gospel with an enviable elegance”, and Uncut Magazine Americana Album of the Month - “Exquisite. Expect forays into desert funk, warm ‘70s groove, jazz and piano balladry”. Most recently the pair have released their fifth longplayer, Old Kind of Magic, on October 28th, 2022. The album spent over a month in the UK Americana Official Charts, and received industry acclaim from Shindig, Mojo, Uncut and more, including a five star review from the Scottish Daily Express. The band spent the end of 2022 on an extensive indie record store tour of the UK and the beginning of 2023 on headlining and support tours of the UK and Europe. They have recently completed recording their sixth studio album with a release expected in 2024.
