“Love in the Time of Florida” Album Released by Paperface

Following the album launch show at the Water Rats in London, and a set in Nice, France for Fête du Port 2019, this Friday marks the release of the new Paperface double album, “Love In The Time Of Florida“.

The album was mostly recorded in single takes, a deliberate ploy to capture immediacy and celebrate the band. Much of it was recorded on a barge, as they made their way around England. The sense of sun dappled waterways that pervades the music is well complimented by a live orchestra that was later recorded in Budapest.

Many of the songs are accompanied by animations made by Paperface and Cristian Wisenfeld that have won special mention and prizes at independent film festivals like ‘Festival Internacional de Cinema’ and ‘Re Animania International’.
