Native Harrow - Divided Kind
Divided Kind is another powerfully engaging offering from Native Harrow, a folk-soul-rock sound that still explores their love of RnB, jazz, country, and farther-flung inspirations.
In the words of Bernard Zuel "Divided Kind is Native Harrow finding new ways for familiar routes in "country/soul & moody rootsiness, groove-based rhythms & church-based ballads, laidback pop with a Pacific view & the faint shimmer of something psychedelic". You know, the good stuff.
Native Harrow on Borrowed Time
Prior to the release of their forthcoming album Divided Kind on September 13th, Native Harrow release the tracks‘Borrowing Time’ and ‘Follow Me Round’.
Continuing their magic of nostalgic hazy rock, ‘Follow Me Round’ is desert-tinged offering that shines with blossoming vocals and tender instrumentation. There are Fleetwood Mac vibes in the track that is a reminder of the days when the quality of music reigned. Native Harrow are surely purveyors of the that indeed. Have a listen.
Native Harrow are Goin’ Nowhere
Single 'Goin’ Nowhere', from Album 'Divided Kind' (Sept24), shows the duo’s mastery and dynamism, a bluesy indie rock vibe. Blending intricate genres from stylish blues and funk to light rock and country atmospheres, the band’s versatility shines through.
