Peter Chisholm - Lives

LiVES (aka Peter Chisholm) is a UK born Singer-Songwriter recently relocated to the Pays Basque region of France. 
The former professional surfer and frontman of cult 2 piece ‘The Sea’ fulfilled his dreams by packing his guitar, dog and surfboard and moving to (as he calls it “the better place”)

LiVES is a multi genre songwriter, never conforming to one single style…technically he is a singer/songwriter…. BUT he is no ordinary solo artist with an acoustic guitar…!

He is loud and intense…His shows are heavy, dark, wild and beautiful, with a blues voice that fills up the room as he lays his emotions bare for all to hear and see. It can be uncompromisingly real AND lushly psychedelic – a solo performer like no other.

Off stage his music is used on T.V, film and advertising throughout the world including; BBC, Canal Plus, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Warner Bros, ESPN, CBS, Sony, MTV, Netflix and many major brands for advertising.

Peter has also written for/with James Morrison, Bob Geldof, Sony BMG and collaborated with producers such as John Cornfield (Muse, Supergrass, Razorlight) and Pete Briquette (Tricky, Boomtown Rats, Renaud, Glen Hansard).
