THE FEELING

Drawing heavily from the rich harmonies and melodies of ’70s soft rock, British quintet The Feeling includes vocalist/guitarist Dan Gillespie-Sells (previously of Scottish pop/rock act Speedway), bassist Richard Jones, guitarist Kevin Jeremiah, keyboardist Ciaran Jeremiah, and drummer Paul Stewart.

The Feeling have released five albums, enjoying success and popularity since the release of 2006’s debut Twelve Stops and Home. This album earned the band a slew of award nominations, including the 2007 Ivor Novello for Songwriters of the Year, which they went on to win. The follow-up, Join With Us, reached number 1 in the Official UK Albums Chart upon its release in 2008. Their most recent output, the self-titled The Feeling, was released in March 2016 to critical acclaim and singles were playlisted on BBC Radio 2.

Former students of the Brit School of Performing Arts in Croydon, the quintet initially performed as Super Fly, a resident cover band playing at La Tania Ski Resort in the French Alps.
