Blue Violet take to the Strummerville stage whilst Sharon Shannon takes to the Acoustic Stage on Saturday alongside Glen Hansard, Glenn Tilbrook & Badly Drawn Boy amongst others.

Pete Way to play Festivals in Sweden and Derbyshire
Pete Way (Bassist for UFO) has announced that he is playing two special festivals this summer with his band. Pete will play Sweden Rock festival (5th-8th June) in Sölvesborg, alongside an absolutely jam packed line up of other rock music icons Kiss, Def Leppard, ZZ Top, Slayer and many, many more!

It’s safe to say The Blackheart Orchestra have had an incredible experience on their tour in support of UK rock legends Hawkwind playing to packed venues in Bath, Birmingham and the historic London Palladium for not one but two dates.
Asylums Added to Bill for Trondheim Rocks 2019
Asylums have just been added to the bill for Trondheim festival in Norway, sharing the bill with bigger hitters Kiss, Def Leppard and Iggy Pop. The band continues to release a steady stream of tracks from their new album Alien Human Emotions including reflective track ‘The Company You Keep’ (released 7th November) and ‘Graveyard Tourism’ (released 30th October).
Jäger Curtain Call for Hawk Eyes
Our very own Leeds alt-rockers, Hawk Eyes, have been confirmed as the final act to join the second round of Jäger Curtain Call making them the sixth band to visit the Curtain Road studios, record a new track and play a live show for Jäger in 2016.
They will play an intimate show at The Old Blue Last on 17th December. Tickets for the show are on sale now via TicketWeb and cost just £7.
The Wildhearts announce December tour
The Wildhearts set out on a 5 date UK tour this December including Ginger’s Annual Birthday Bash at the O2 Forum in London on December 17th. The Wildhearts, with the line up of Ginger and CJ on guitars and vocals, bassist Jon Poole and Ritch Battersby on drums, are supported by Danny McCormack’s new band The Main Grains and Dirt Box Disco for the first 3 shows.
GUN hit the road this October
Following the release of their new album ‘FRANTIC’, GUN will be back on the road this autumn for a jam packed tour of the UK & Eire.
Hill Valley High on Tour
Telford’s finest alt-pop band take to the road in October & November prior to releasing some new tunes.
They will be supporting Hollywood Ending in Manchester (Oct 23rd), Leeds (28th) & Birmingham (30th).
November 18th sees the band headline at The Garage, London.
Rock in Idro
Both Hawk Eyes & The Pogues will be playing this year’s Rock in Idro festival.
Hawk Eyes take to the stage on day 3 alongside IRON MAIDEN.
The Pogues headline Day 2 of a Festival that includes performances from amongst others Queens Of The Stone Age, Fatboy Slom, Biffy Clyro, Manic Street Preachers.
