The Wildhearts hotly anticipated new album Renaissance Men is out today. The album finds the band critiquing a whole host of modern day concerns from bullying on social media to the pharmaceutical industry to mental health professionals.

Fans of The Wildhearts will be excited to learn that along with releasing their first album in 10 years, the band are also embarking on an extensive UK tour in May playing cities up and down before finishing the tour with a special show at the Riverside in the band’s hometown of Newcastle.

The Wildhearts set out on a 5 date UK tour this December including Ginger’s Annual Birthday Bash at the O2 Forum in London on December 17th. The Wildhearts, with the line up of Ginger and CJ on guitars and vocals, bassist Jon Poole and Ritch Battersby on drums, are supported by Danny McCormack’s new band The Main Grains and Dirt Box Disco for the first 3 shows.
