Wardlaw Music has had 2 songs synced in the first 3 Episodes of the new South Korean Police drama “Live’, which has premiered on Korean TV to rave reviews. ‘Fairy Stories’ by Louise Connell (Reverieme) and ‘In Your Light’ by Jon Allen both appear in the series.

UK Grime artist Frisco returns this March with new project Back 2 Da Lab 5.

Jon Allen’s back on the road this spring touring the UK to coincide with the May release of his new album Blue Flame.

The acclaimed singer-songwriter returns with his fourth album, a soulful confection of feel-good tunes delivered with Allen’s inimitable whisky-soaked voice.

Lead single, ‘Jonah’s Whale’, has been playlisted at BBC Radio 2.

Ginger Wildheart releases his new album Ghost In the Tanglewood on 2nd March on the Graphite label. He has released the video for ‘Paying It Forward’, the next single to be taken from it.

To end the year, The Blackheart Orchestra have released a video for their track ‘Wake Up’ from the stunning album Diving For Roses.

Created whilst on tour in Germany outside a puppet makers shop in Erfurt the video features Snow White and others in Martin Gobsch’s amazing creation.

Sally Oldfield’s tender song ‘Blue Water’ features in the hit Netflix series Easy.

It is synced in a scene in Series 2 Episode 8, a few minutes in as Annie bursts into tears.

Wizzy Wow teams up with Big Zeeks to give the people ‘Freequently’, an island-inspired cut about enjoying life.

Composer Pete Diggens scored the music for Sainsbury’s Halloween 2017 advert, Your Halloween Nightmare.

Louise Connell (ex-Reverieme) is releasing a series of three EPs Squall, Echo & Rale, with sleeve designs by the artist James Marsh (Talk Talk, Jamiroquai). Previously performing and releasing her music under the name Reverieme, she has earned a considerable reputation as an outstanding songwriter with a particular knack for framing intelligent, literate lyrics in haunting and beautiful melodies delivered by “a voice that would melt iron” (Ravechild)

The first EP, Squall, is released this October, with parts 2 and 3 (Echo and Rale) following in January and March 2018 respectively.

British hip-hop artist and song-writer Scope has joined the Wardlaw stable.

The past year has seen Scope in Europe and the United States working on material with producers including Wizzy Wow, EY, Quab, Da Beat Freakz, Cy Fyre, Macho Psycho and more.

Award-winning British songwriters, composers and multi-instrumentalists Chrissy Mostyn and Rick Pilkington, The Blackheart Orchestra, are back with the new music video for their latest single “Born To Live”.

Sally Oldfield’s classic tracks ‘Mirrors’ and ‘Boulevard’ both feature in upcoming British movie Pin Cushion, a story of super close Mother LYN and daughter IONA who are excited for their new life in a new town. A story told with poetry and colours, about the love between a mother, her daughter and their efforts to fit-in, at the expense of valuing their own unique identity.

Knucks has joined forces with producer WizzyWow for this new joint “Cannes”. As always Knucks brings the suave to rap on this one. This track is effortlessly cool and smooth, seamlessly combining old school and new school pop culture references. It’s all mad.

Dan Reed Network have released a video for their track “Infected” taken from the band’s latest album Fight Another Day which arrived last year via Frontiers Records.
