From Reverieme to Louise Connell
Louise Connell (ex-Reverieme) is releasing a series of three EPs Squall, Echo & Rale, with sleeve designs by the artist James Marsh (Talk Talk, Jamiroquai). Previously performing and releasing her music under the name Reverieme, she has earned a considerable reputation as an outstanding songwriter with a particular knack for framing intelligent, literate lyrics in haunting and beautiful melodies delivered by “a voice that would melt iron” (Ravechild)
The first EP, Squall, is released this October, with parts 2 and 3 (Echo and Rale) following in January and March 2018 respectively.

A look back at some of 2016…..
Reverieme – ‘Straw Woman’
Following plays on Radio 2, Virgin Radio and BBC local radio Reverieme’s glittering new album Straw Woman is due to be released on 24th June. The album has already been hailed as “set to make solar waves” (ravechild) and “powerful and evocative” (Louder Than War), and with a successful Pledge campaign it seems set for success!
Reverieme ‘Golem’
The first single has been released from Reverieme’s forthcoming album, Straw Woman. Featuring sounds which combine the melancholic and the hopeful, the insular and the expansive, there is a distinct edge to Reverieme’s songwriting. Steering away from a single grandiose theme, each song exists in its own separate world, with its own personal story – some are gloriously offbeat, whilst others are haunting and heartbreaking.
Reverieme
Wardlaw Music are proud to present singer / songwriter Reverieme (aka Louise Connell). Louise has spent the last year carefully cataloguing the musical maelstrom inside her head and her forthcoming EP, Or Else The Light (July 20th 2015 via 9th Story Records) is but a small selection gained from that process.
